§1 Definitions used
- Cookies – small files that are downloaded and stored on the User's computer or other device, associated with information about how the site is used.
- User – a person who voluntarily uses the services and content available on the Website and Store, i.e., browses the pages of the Website and Store, places an order in the Store, registers, subscribes to the free newsletter, or contacts via the contact form.
- Website – the website available at https://atribu-welding.com/, through which the User may browse blog post content, subscribe to the newsletter, or contact the Data Controller.
- Data Controller – the entity determining the purposes and means of data processing. The Data Controller of the Website Users' personal data is: Atribu S.C.
- Personal data – any information that, without excessive time or cost, could lead to the identification of a natural person, including their identification, address, and contact details.
§2 General provisions
The Website uses cookies to provide services and features tailored to the preferences and needs of Website Users; in particular, cookies make it possible to recognize the User's device and display the website appropriately, adapted to their individual needs.
Cookies may be temporary, i.e. deleted when the browser is closed, or persistent.
Persistent cookies are also stored after the User has finished using the Website's pages. They are used to store information such as a password or login, which speeds up and simplifies use of the pages and enables settings chosen by the User to be remembered.
§3 Purposes of cookies
The Website uses cookies for the following purposes:
- adapting the content of the Website's pages to the User's individual preferences and optimizing the use of the website (displaying content tailored to needs),
- carrying out analyses and statistics that provide information on how Website Users use the pages, enabling improvement of their structure and content,

Data contained in cookies is not combined with the personal data provided by the User.
§4 Types of cookies used on the Website

The Website reserves the right to amend this Cookies Policy where required by the technical solutions used or by changes in the law concerning User privacy.
In the event of a change to the applicable cookies policy, appropriate modifications will be made to the above text, which will apply from the date of their publication on the Website's pages.
